Current account for 12 yr old

Looking for an account for 12 yr old. Want an account where they can have a debit card with Google pay and also withdraw cash from ATM.
Credit union is over 16s.
An post offer one, but how would they withdraw cash?
Is revolut another option, but I think there is a charge?

If you can live with the limits I’d go Revolut junior.

Services are limited for children below 16 with their own account. Can't tap and go for example, need to enter a pin. Adding them as a junior account holder onto an adult's revolut card works the best in our household.

I find Revolut Junior very useful.

I think its good to get kids involved with the idea of savings account and banking in general.

Another vote for Revolut Junior. It's excellent and if you are using their Revolut account for savings you can store the savings in a "vault" that only you can access and transfer funds as required. The card cannot be added for Google Pay however.
