Trading either of these assets is 'risky' due to the fact that markets are very volatile.
Not sure if commodity
trading is suited to the small time guy, other than through funds, ETFs, companies who derive their income from commodities.
Forex is a different matter-anyone can do it easily enough (i.e. access it)-even through the likes of Delta Index when you can bet on spreads.
