Hi,
I live in cul de sac from date built in 1993. Council have taken into charge - that is cut grass, maintain lights etc. We have a green area that is bordered by council land with a hedge divid.
Residents bought houses in estate as it’s a cul de sac and had a green area and low car movement and thus safe for kids to play
Council are considering building houses on its land and are going to use our cul de sac as entrance to houses it’s building and also take part of our estate green area. The council land already has an entrance.
My question is can we prevent council using our estate as entrance and taking part of our green area.
Regards
