CT1 form does accountant have to submit this

HI all
I am about to submit my B1 form, abridged accounts and CT1 form.

Questions on the CT1 form it states contact details enter agents tain and agents ref.

But if I am submitting my companies accounts and CT1 form do I put n/a here or leave blank or enter by own telephone number for the revenue to contact me if they have a query.

Sorry for such a simple question to ask but it is usually the stupidly obvious ones that stump me the most.

Contact number - put in your phone number
