We would love to honeymoon on a cruise ship but I suffer from motion sickness. What are the chances of being able to overcome this.... Is there medication that you can take.... a bit stronger than 'sealegs'....
People tell me that with the new ships I would not notice being at sea..... anyone have any experience.
We would love to cruise the carribbean for 14 days or somewhere balmy like that. When I fly I take a sleeping tablet to knock me out, but not the thing to take on a cruise.....
I would not be able to sleep if I could hear any sound from engines.... cannot even sleep with a watch ticking....a watch.
Saw a fab world tour with 'Holland America', but would have to be very very sure before I considered that one.... a great retirement treat though.
We'll try for the honeymoon first and look at the retirement a few years later.

Re: Cruise and Motion Sickness!!!

When I was a kid, I had something called seabands. They went on each wrist on a pressure point and worked well.
