Hi

We are a wholesaling company supplying only to the hospitality sector.
We applied and received a payment under the CRSS scheme.
A few weeks later we were told to pay back the money received as Revenue said that we do not operate from a business premises which due to covid19 restrictions is substantially restricted in allowing access to customers with the result that we cannot continue to do business from our business premises.
This is despite the fact that our business is down 95%
Has anyone else had such problems?
Do we have any grounds to appeal this decision?
Thanks

CRSS scheme guidelines are published here. They call out that to qualify, your premises must be impacted directly by the restrictions, and seems to answer your question pretty clearly:

It is not sufficient that the trade of a business has been impacted because of a reduction in customer demand as a consequence of Covid-19, or that the business supplies goods or services to another business that qualifies for the support because, under the Covid restrictions, that other business is required to temporarily close, or significantly reduce, its business activity.
