Can anybody tell me

Whats the difference between Criminal Law and Company Law?
Where are company law cases are heard?
Who sentences a person guilty of breeching company law?
What type of punishments are given under company law?
Could it every end in a jail sentences or with a crininal record?

The Director of Corporate enforcement is in charge of ensuring compliance with the Companies Acts 1963 - 2001, he can bring companies and directors to the courts.
Penalties, include fines and up to 5 yrs imprisonment .
