Folks,

Long standing member of credit union. Good record of paying back previous loans down through the years.
If I was looking for €5,000, how much in savings would I need to have or if there wasnt much savings in account at moment would they go on past record?

Depends on your CU. Some require a certain amount lodged in shares before they will lend to you. Best to inquire at your local CU.
