Probably clutching at straws here,here goes anyway.I have a credit note from B&Q for 80euro which was for six months and expired on 22/10,I mislaid it and wife found out (sound familar!).

I buy a fair bit of stuff from B&Q have always found the staff VERY helpful. I don't have experience of your voucher problem. Go to their Customer Service counter and I reckon they will sort something out.
