there is an amount coming out of my credit card every quarter (small $19.95) I have an idea for what this is for and i have rang my credit card provider and they cant ell me what it is for. basically i want to stop the payment. should the credit card provider be able to tell me what the payment is for and who it is to?

They should be at least able to tell you the name of the company that is receiving the payment (which may ring some bells).
