Credit Card Question-Charges

Hi, I am a little confused. I have not used my credit card in over a month. The only transactions has been me paying money off it. But I have noticed now I am being charged purchase*finance charges and cash *finance charges. If I am not using my credit card at all, how can I be getting charged? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You!

It sounds like in previous months you (a) used card for goods purchases and (b) used card to withdraw cash. IN that case , since full balance not paid off, you are being charged for the unpaid balances on those past transactions. I'd check with the cr card company to be sure.
