Credit card debt with credit bureau

Looking for info on credit reference procedures. Are all credit card balances, payments (and missed payments) logged with the credit bureau?

If I come to an arrangement to clear a cc balance, is that logged?

You can get a copy of your credit rating from the credit bureau for a small charge. Balances and missed payments are shown. I don't know about whether "special" arrangements are logged. Check out [broken link removed]. This will give you greater detail. Hope this helps.
