Credit card currency exchange anomaly?

I booked a flight with a Polish airline on Monday. The cost was 753.66 PLN. The cost was applied to my BOI mastercard today and totals €211.60. What annoys me is that the currency exchange website xe.com converts this to €200.83.

Why have my credit card taken another tenner off me?
 
There's usually a transaction fee on non-euro credit card transactions - typically 1.75% or thereabouts. This might account for some of the difference.
