To be honest, [& I hope I don't come across as insensitive here], her death isn't really the issue here. If someone signs a pile of blank credit card vouchers at any time, the cardholder is still liable to pay those bills, regardless of whether the signatory is dead or alive. If you have reason to believe that fraud was involved, you should certainly dispute that charge with the credit card company. If the amount involved is substantial, it may be worth getting professional advice.The main point that I find amazing is that if someone signs a pile of blank credit card vouchers before they die, those vouchers can be processed to pay bills after death!!!!!!!!
