my mother has an o2 phone, and for the last 3 or so weeks €5 credit has been deducted on a weekly basis, she said she did not enter any competitions (except for the late late one and i know thats not subcription) and there is no history of any text message sent or received that might explain the deductions. tried ringing o2 but after going through a million options i got cut off, so am just wondering if anyone has come across this before?
