Creche in Home - Set up as a company or Not?

Hi quick question.

If you set up a creche in your own home, are you self employed or should you be set up as a company?

Probably have total income circa €30k pa.

Madness in my opinion to set up a limited company for a business of this size. Get professional advice if you're not sure what you're doing.
