Creating results table MS Excel

I created a simple table of results on Microsoft Excel. With headings of each column along the top and relevant number values stated under these headings in each column.

Anyhow, I copied this table from Excel and pasted it into MS Word.

Looks like it should in MS Word with the vertical and horizontal lines separating all the values, but when I print it only the column headings and all the values under them are printed out, but the horizontal & vertical lines which separate the various values are not printed.

Any idea why this might be?

The lines you see in Excel and Word (the gray ones) are imaginary, you need to 'box' around them. In excel, use the borders button - should be on your toolbar - select the area you want boxed in and click on the borders you want. I think! (Not about to print something out to test it!).
