Creating a lease Agreement for Electrical Equipment

I am interested to know if anyone has any advice as to who/where to go for creating a lease agreement for electrical equipment - like a lease agreement for leasing out computers.

I have been in contact with three solicitors so far - all of which say its not their line of expertise.

Can anyone recommend solicitors that may do these types of contracts?
