Cracked floor tiles in the bathroom

Hi.
Shortly after we moved into our house some of the tiles in the bathroom cracked ... obvously due to the floor underneath expanding. Now that we're thinking of moving I was wondering should we tile over them? Do we need to take up the old tiles first? Any other options?

Probably not worth the hassle or expense involved in re-tiling if you are selling. You won't get your money back unless the cracks are very bad. Besides, new owners may have different taste. Could you get a filler of matching colour and do your best to seal and mask the cracks?
