Crack in Concrete Floor

A couple of months after laying our wooden floor, we noticed that a section was beginning to buckle. After lifting the offending boards we discovered that the concrete floor underneath had a crack and was letting in moisture.

Any ideas on how to repair the concrete?

You might want to get a structural survey out to check this. Could be serious. Is the house covered by Homebond in case fundamental structural remedial work is required?

I don't think it's too serious (touch wood). Its relatively straight crack and runs along the doorway leading the our sunroom. What i suspect happened is that the sunroom was added to the main house last and the concrete didn't "knit" properly.
