I am looking to get a new PC and the processors have changed since I got the last one. Then it was easy with Dell, you had Celron & P4. Now you have AMD, dual core etc. Anybody know a decent site that compares them all?
Worth a read. www.tomshardware.com will probably have something similar if you look around. In my mind (I was an AMD-skeptic) AMD are proven (and cheaper) so they'd do. Although Intel are supposed to be dropping prices of Pentium chips soon.
