Received payments April and May. Did anyone get final payment from Laya? Thought it was due the end of June.

Yep, last payment received end June, 30th IIRC.

Got initial payment of €195 as detailed by Laya. Subsequent 2 months this was reduced to €130. Don’t understand why, however happy to get anything in current climate.

Phoned Laya.

In my case 2xAdults. Refund 195 per adult=390. Two payments made end of April 130euro end of May 130euro.
Last payment 130euro due end of June not paid.

Laya said glitch in their system. System not identifying some of their accounts for final payment. Could not say when final payment could be made but hopefully end of July.

Check your bank account for payment.

We got a refund of 510 for two adults and two children. Got three payments of 170 with the final one on 26 June.
