Possibly because she was presented with her award in the pre-televised awards ceremony in LA so therefore there was no footage available.
Also the current Director of Photography on the Tudors which is filmed in Ireland won an award for it. I know he is not Irish but it would have been an Irish interest story as it is filmed here and so many Irish are working on it.
