Listened to this over the last few days and it will have huge repercussions for the drinks industry/pubs etc.

For many years I watched barmen serve doubles and treble vodkas/whiskies in the last 30mins of opening hours to those who could not stand up straight.

Now they could potentially get charged with manslaughter.:eek:

Whole can of worms.
 
Is it in order to post all types of comment when a trial is happening. If this happened in a newspaper they would run the risk of contempt of court. Maybe i am missing something.

I think it's inappropriate to be discussing this while the case is ongoing.
