If it is his first time in court for this offence tell him to get his nct on the car and bring it to court with him along with a sad story. This might work or he will get fined and pointed. Dont know how the judge will see it.
Very surprised at this! What part of the country this this happen in? Was he driving a clearly defective car or would the particular Guard have some other reason to go after him.
