Coursera courses - pricing?

I was looking at the Coursera website for the first time. From what I've read online Coursera courses can be free.

However, how do I determine if a course is free, and if not, how do I determine the price?

I has a look at some courses on their site, but I don't see pricing info.

Ideally, I'd like to get a certificate at the end of any course. Thanks!

From their website

Certificate courses cost $ 29 - $ 99 and take 4-6 weeks
Specialization courses $ 39 - $ 79 per month, and take 4-6 months
Degree courses cost $ 15,000 - $ 25,000 and take 1-3 years

Again have you not checked the site - I found this info on the "About" page

There is a free period where you can try out their system but you will not get a certificate at the end.

I'll have a look at that link now.

I was looking at Excel courses listed e.g.

/courses?_facet_changed_=true&languages=en&primaryLanguages=en&query=excel

the above should be tacked onto the end of the coursera web address. I can't post the full link as I don't have enough AAM posts yet.

When I went into individual courses I didn't see any pricing info.

I think you have to setup an account and then at the enrol stage, they will show the price

Certificates from the likes of Coursera are virtually worthless in the real world.
