Courier

The idea can be good, so too can the service, but it all means nothing if you can't get your message out there. Marketing, networking and all that jazz is the life blood of any company. Know this inside out before you go out on your own, Best of luck if you do.
 
Sorry to add a negative slant, but it seems to me that there are a lot of couriers already out there competing for the same business.

I get cold calls offering courier services about 2/3 times a week - and we're a pretty small company. Fastway seem to be aggressive price-wise and hard to beat.
