Can some one tell me if this is true.The county council charge a fee of ten euros per square foot??

What are you asking? Your post is unclear. Ten euros for what?

Possibly. It depends which council it is and what their rates are in their development contribution scheme.

The idea is that it is attached as a condition of your planning permission and it will nearly always be based on the size of the house. Other things taken intom account when they determine the rate is the availability of main sewer and public water supply.

Give your local planning office a ring and ask. Thats what they are there for
