Re: Council Reduced Clawback, AHP said they shouldn't have WHAT NOW
I spoke to them, see we're paying 305 for the house and AHP where paying 75k towards it to make 380, but the banks valuation is only 360 so the clawback was reduce, which would mean that AHP would only be giving 55k instead of 75k, but becasue AHP had agreeded a price of 380, whos going to fit the bill of 20k because we're not prepare to pay it, lack of communication between the Council and AHP if you ask me, but my question is because we have it in writing do they have to go with that clawback, our solictor said to just wait and see what AHP come back with.
