council dont own the afordable houses in shanakiel anyone else heard the same??

Is anyone else having trouble dealing with the council??? Ive just heard that the council dont even own the houses in Shanakiel. My solictor has constantly been phoning and he cant get an answer from them is anyone else in the same position?

The council have never owned the houses in Shanakiel, they just deal with the applications. Once you get approval, your payments and solicitor dealings are with the property developer
