Appreciate any guidance on this, after a very long process getting the correct documentation concerning contracts from vendors solicitor, I am now at a stage where there is an issue which my solicitor has flagged. The development where I am purchasing doesn't have a full bond in place but have an arrangement with the county council whereby payment will be made from purchase of each property, does anyone have any experience with this type of situation? My solicitor feels the bank (ulster bank) will have issues with this and could refuse draw down,
