Could someone with a better education translate this into English for me please?

I looked up "fragilising" and "matrixial" in my dictionary app and got the same response "no definitions available" so I am sorry I can be of no help.
 
Haven't a clue about stuff like "mnemonic imperatives", "self-fragilising" or "within the ... border space" though....

If you self flagellate too much you end up self fragillating yourself.
