Costs of Tiling

I am getting my bathroom tiled.

It is about 11 sq m, and the tiles are small (10cm by 10cm) and fairly pricey - there is a fair bit of cutting involved to fit in around the window, bath and so on....

how much should it cost to get done (roughly).....?

how long should it take to do (roughly)..?

also is it more common to pay by the hour or the day?

Normally you pay by the sq yard - think I paid about €13 but not uncommon to pay €15.

I'd be hesitant to agree for pay for anything on a time basis in the line of building works.

I've had prices of €15-€18 per sq yard recently.
How long will depend on - tiler, quality of his workmanship, amount of cutting to be done - most difficult areas around toilet and sink.
