Costs of selling half a house?

Hey all

My wife and her sister were left a house in their mothers will about twelve years ago. my wife is about to sell her half of the house to her sister she was trying to find out what taxes and expensies she would have to pay.

The house is valued at €175,000
 
Not enough info to answer but

There may be stamp duty of circa €1,750 payable by the sister.
There may be capital gains tax assuming house has increased in value in the 12 yrs (I am sure it has significantly) and assuming that the house has not been your wifes principal private residence
Legal fees and outlays on transfer
