Looking at a house at the moment that is a bungalow with some bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 small windows in the roof space (velux) but we would like to convert to dormer windows. The current windows are very small so dormer would be a lot bigger. Anybody any idea how costly this would be to do this? I know we would need planning permission.
Note: Most other houses in the estate already have converted to dormer windows.
