T Time Registered User Messages 2,735 12 Aug 2013 #2 That is correct. They all charge a % of the amount for non euro currencies. It is particularly painful in Bulgaria as the Bulgarian Leva is pegged to the Euro at a rate of 1.95 Lev to the Euro so there is no exposure to currency fluctuations.
