Cost Per Sq/Ft in East Galway

Hi All
I realize that this may be a common type of thread on the Sq/Ft question but I was hoping that maybe someone may have some specific information on east galway. Hearing in and about the €110-€120/Sq/Ft being mentioned.
Any comments
 
What sort of finish are you expecting on house? groundworks? Lawn? Boundary walls? How long is a piece of string!

Thought of my ommision on way home!
I have a price for the following:

1) Paths all round but no drive or groundwork
2) Painted outside & Inside
3) Oak Floors, Doors, Skirting & Tiling complete to preference
4) All bathroom-ware installed
5) Kitchen NOT included

Hopefully that is a good enough spec for a ballpark

I'm guessing your own estimates may not be too far off but I don't work in the trade so not sure.

Brings back fond memories of my own house build in 2000 when I gave full contract to a registered builder. Cost me approx 45euro sq ft for a 2100 sq ft bungalow incl 12'X12' slated roof conservatory. I purchased bathrooms but builder fitted. Pine doors and skirting were included and paths outside. I painted full house myself. Purchased kitchen myself. Concrete floors throughout house. Would cost me double that now.
 
Yeah, Some people have said similar about bygone days!
I think I may not be too far off the mark but it would be great to get some feedback from people that have gone through the process within the past while.
