cost of transferring a plot of ground

Is it possible to get a very approx cost (legal fee and outlay) of transferring a small property (with sheds thereon) to another person for a nominal sum. It is not very marketable and owner would just be glad to be rid of it. I assume the person who may acquire it would also incur fees etc

Not without knowing the title.

If it is registered land, there'll need to be a map drawn (if it is a part of a folio).

If it is unregistered, then there is the issue of compulsory registration. And the cost of that.

It would be worthwhile checking the title and calling a few local solicitors with the information and asking them to quote.
