Cost of Tiling Extras e.g. grout

Hi All, just trying to get a price for the following for tiling - grout, adhesive suitable for UFH, primer, levelling compount and sealant. Heard these can add significantly to the cost of tiling so just trying to put a figure on it per sq metre. Thanks.

just to give you a rough idea, for roughly 170sqmtr of tiling (incl walls of bathrooms, and bout half the house, i paid 3k labour, 6k for tiles and 1600 for adhesive, grout, trim, silicon etc. you need dearer "flexible" adhesive and grout if you've UFH. so i'd allow 10 eur a sq metre for all the extras. I'm sure other folk have got it cheaper but it'll give you an idea.

I'd ask the tiler for a list and buy in bulk to get the best price. tiler was 14 eur ceramic, 16 porcelain, 25 travertine and 30 for marble I think that was per sq metre in galway area although could have been per sq yd.

p.s. that didn't include any levelling compound, that would depend on area it's needed
