Cost of taxi fare - Cork city to Mallow

(Mods - I thought this was most appropriate forum, if not please move)

Does anyone have an idea roughly of how much one could expect to pay for a taxi from Cork City to Mallow - nightime, Thursday night?

Have an evening arranged with friends but the last train is 10:30.. bit early for a mum with the night off

Any ideas?

I don't have an answer for you but would think a hackney might be better value? The only way to know is to make that phone call!
