Does anyone know if there is a scheme in place which contributes to the cost of spaying kittens. When I got my cat several years ago I know I only had to pay a nominal fee to the vet as the balance was covered by some organisation or other but I cant remember who. Would appreciate if anyone knows if this still exists anywhere. By the way it was not an income related service but was run I think by some voluntary cat rescue organisation.
