cost of replace rotten roof

Does anyone have any idea what sort of costs are involved in going from replace kitchen extansion flat felt roof for new one .I had problem with last---the all plywood on roof is rotten and damp.The roofer say its necessary remove all felt and plywood from roof---Put new marino plywood,underlay felt.2x torch on felt,fit new guter pipes.The roof is of a kitchen extension and is approx 12 m long by 2.5 m wide.I received cost 6000 euro cash for all labour include materials and remove waste after construction.Is it good price ? Looking also price for Pvc roof---same works(replace) same size of roof

Why not fiberglass it , that would be the end of your problems

I am in Cork & used a company called surebond in Castlelyons to do one for me ( no association with the company)

Plywood has to be put down & they fibergalss over it . Mind you it has to be well organised as the plywood has to go down the same day as the fiber as it has to be bone dry . If it got wet over night from dew or a shower it will not take
