cost of plastering new 2 bedroomed house

I've recently purchased a new "shell". Two storey, block walls, stud walls and stud ceilings. Have both a plumber and electrician in my in-law side. The problem is trying to find out how much it costs to skimplaster the insides. Block walls to be plasterboarded on adhesive dabs and skimmed and the timber studwork to have plasterboard screwed and then skimmed.
Is there a square metre price for sticking and skimming and also for screwing and skimming. Anyone out there with advice. It's in Dublin 3.

Depending on the size of the rooms, a ball park figure would be about Eu15 plus VAT. per M2. Anything off the ordinary would be more - such as high staircases, splayed ceilings or lots of little angles.
