Cost of painting two rooms from scratch?

Hi there,
I've got a quote of 400 Euro from my builder (not professional painters) for painting two medium sized rooms in my house. They've just been replastered so it'll take about 4 coats per room. I have to supply all materials. I had intended doing the painting myself but I'm under pressure to move in so I'm just wondering if this is reasonable or should I look further afield?

I'd seriously doubt you'd get a good painter to do a job for € 50.00/coat, so the mind boggles who you're getting and what finish might be like. Seriously doubt they'll do 4 coats.
 
If its just been replastered then surely its needs a few weeks to dry out or else it will develop problems later on.
 
The plastering was done a couple of months ago so it's ready for paint at this stage.Thanks for the feedback.
