I've been quoted €1650 for painting the exterior of a 4 bed semi-detached house in south county Dublin. Sounds extortionate to me, but perhaps I'm out of touch with current prices?! Anyone else had their house painted recently?
The house has double glazed windoows that do not need painting so it is basically the walls, which themselves are not in a bad state.
