Cost of Making a road into a site

I know this is a bit of a general question but how much roughly would it take to build a road into a site. The site I'm looking at is on a bit of a height. Would have to make a road into it which would be about 150 to 200 metres long. Also for building the founds of the house you would probably have to dig down a bit at the top of the height - would this be expensive. Just looking for a rough estimate.
