Cost of laying 60 square metres of laminate flooring

I'm looking for a rough estimate of laying 60 square metres of good quality laminate flooring on a new (12 months) concrete floor.

The supplier recommended laying the laminate directly on the floor using good quality underlay.

We live in the greater Dublin area.

Just to clarify. It is the entire bottom floor of the house. The skirting is not fixed. I've already paid a builder to fit that.
