Nearing completion on our self build, thank God.
I am just looking for an estimate on a cost for our remaining groundworks.
The site is level and the entrance wall is built. The following items are outstanding.
(1) Importing approx 20 trailor loads of topsoil from another site less than 3 miles from the site.
(2) Levelling off the topsoil
(3) Getting the lawn ready and seeding the lawn.
(3) Cable needs to be run from garage to the front gates 60m (Cable ready)
(4) Getting the driveway ready for tarring, two gullys will need to be put in place. Trunking to form the drive is in place but fine stone is not.
(5) 110m of kerbing both labour and materials
I am not looking for a scientific breakdown of costs just a rough estimate.
