Can anyone advise how much Ishould expect to pay for an engineers report on a detached house in county Galway?

€350 assuming it was certified by an architect and contains no major defects and doesn't need a full photographic survey.
 
You're very welcome and €400 is a reasonable price to pay for a text only report with a few key photos :)
