Cost of building on a basic single garage to a house

How much to build a basic standard garage onto a typical semi-d?

Single car size.

Flat roof

Up and over door

Lighting + 3 or 4 power points

Concrete floor.

Block walls, sand and cement render externally

No windows

No foundations or anything in place currently.

Ballpark figures please would be much appreciated - I am thinking about 5k but that may be way off?

I would certainly be budgeting between 12-15k, if you are getting a builder in! Is it to be joined onto the house? If you are going getting in separate trades i would say 8 to 10k.

We were quoted 12K for 12 feet wide by 25 feet long by 12 feet high, including 2 double sockets, twin lights and outdoor light, garage door, normal door, window, indoor water tap and drain.

Yes, it would be joined to the house.

Forgot to include a back door, good point....
